4. Refund Policy

Refunds for registration or monthly tuition fees are only applicable under special circumstances and must be requested in writing within 7 days of payment. All refund approvals are subject to management discretion. No refunds will be provided for missed classes or change of mind after classes have started.

All content including teaching materials, online modules, and digital assets remain the intellectual property of Pusat Pengajian & Hafazan Al-Quran Furqan. Reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services. Our content is educational in nature and provided on an ‘as is’ basis.
